SprintRay
3D Printing is becoming a bigger part of digital industry. We use the SprintRay Printer here at Schack Dental. 3D Printing is used to print models after receiving the digital file as well as printing surgical guides, splints, custom dental parts, dental study models, dentures, nightguards, impression trays, removable dies, and digital wax-ups.
Software
Sirona inLab
Dental design requires exceptional software in order to create high-quality and highly aesthetic restorations. At Schack Dental, we use Sirona inLab to ensure we provide you and your patients with comfortable, precise and high-quality restorations. It is a separate CAD component that aligns with CAD/CAM system requirements in the dental laboratory in order to provide the best foundation for each and every individual case.
3Shape
Using 3Shape software and our D1000 Scanner, we take all cases through an efficient and quick process from scanning to designing and model building. With the use of 3Shape, we can ensure accurate and quality products.
3Shape measures, controls and documents scanner accuracy and is in accordance with ISO 12836 – a standard that specifies a test protocol for the assessment of crown and bridge accuracy in dental scanners.
