When we took over the lab we knew that we wanted to keep this legacy alive by continuing to deliver the high-quality restorations and dental laboratory services that our clients have come to expect from Schack Dental.
As a fellow dental technician, trained, educated and from Germany, Till has made the move to the Okanagan. Till and Folker have worked together for many years and our clients can count on our experts to provide the finest dental restorations.

Today, Folker remains on board at our dental laboratory as a registered lab technician to provide mentorship and quality control to Till and his team. However, we also wanted to take Schack Dental in a new direction by making investments in becoming more digitally advanced.
Not only does this mean having a vibrant and communicative web presence through our new website and social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. It also means becoming experts in the leading edge of digital dentistry.
Top-Tier Dental Lab Technology & Digital Work
Since taking ownership of Schack Dental, we’ve invested into new equipment including a Roland 5-Axis Mill that specializes in creating precise fitting zirconia, wax, and PMMA crowns, a Moonray 3D Printer to print models, surgical guides, nightguards and more, and a 3Shape D1000 Scanner to take high accuracy scans of models and impressions.
The 3Shape D1000 Scanner works with traditional PVS impressions, but to accommodate all digital dentists and streamline our digital workflow, we’ve invested in every major CAD software on the market including 3Shape, Sirona InLab, and DentalWings. By investing in new equipment and digital software, we are fully prepared to accept every type of scan including Itero. Recognizing that Invisalign has become integral to most general dental practices, we have invested in becoming a top of the line Itero Partner Lab including the Software System so that we have full access and control of your digital intraoral scans.

We are excited about the innovative technology that is changing the dental world. In order to stay up to date, we continuously participate in education and training so that we can become experts at using each emerging form of technology.
In Spring 2018, Till attended Frank Acosta’s Power of InLab Hands-On Course in San Diego, California. This upcoming October, Till will be attending the first 3Shape Symposium in Phoenix, Arizona as well as Straumann’s Digital Workflow Hands-On Course in the Straumann Milling Facility in Arlington, Texas.
